At times the vehicle manufacturer may have made several different parts for a certain vehicle of a certain year. For example, your car may have heavy-duty or light-duty brakes, and to send you the right part, we may need the 8th or 10th digit from your VIN number to accurately ship the part.
Tracking number(s) is provided at the time that your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping company from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 days after receiving your tracking number to see your package tracking information. The tracking numbers are not active until the package(s) are scanned at the shipping facility; i.e. UPS, FedEx.
"Same day shipping" or "One-day handling" does not mean you're going to receive your product the next day. Please use the estimated delivery map located in the shipping tab on the top for an estimated arrival time of your order.

Due to the size of our products, we ship most of our packages via FedEx or UPS and they do not deliver to Post Office Mail Boxes. Any order we received with a P.O. Box address will be canceled and refunded.
