Would I be able to process my order with someone elses credit card?

For our customers and card holders' protection, we do not ship an order to an address other than the credit card holder's billing address, as the credit card company does not provide protection when the billing and shipping addresses do not match.

What type of information will you need about the vehicle?

During your checkout process, if possible, please include in the comments area the following: the exact Year (with production date if possible), Make, Model. Also include additional information such as engine size (liters), 2wd or 4wd, 4cyl or V6, turbo or non-turbo, abs or non-abs, etc. The best information you can provide is the vin number, that would give us all the required information for your exact part. Some additional information may be required, so please check your email frequently until you receive a shipped notice from us.

Why is additional information required for the part?

At times the vehicle manufacturer may have made several different parts for a certain vehicle of a certain year. For an example, your car may have heavy duty or light duty brakes, and to send you the right part, we may need the 8th or 10th digit from your vin number to accurately ship the part.

Why is the Tracking Number provided not displaying any shipping information?

Tracking number(s) is provided at the time that your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping company from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 days after receiving your tracking number to see your package tracking information. The tracking numbers are not active until the package(s) are scanned at the shipping facility; i.e. UPS, FedEX.

It has been one day after I placed my order but I haven't received my part, how come?

"Same day shipping" or "One day handling" does not mean you're going to receive your product the next day. Please use the estimated delivery map located in the shipping tab on the top for an estimated arrival time of your order.

Why haven't I received my part yet?

This question always occurs when some additional information may be required and we have sent an email requesting this information and have not received a response back. The best way to receive you part as soon as possible, is to provide us with the vin number during your checkout process in the comments area or call us at (888) 625-2750 or 201-319-1909 and we will ask you for all the required vehicle information to accurately ship the part. We carry most parts in stock and normally ship the same day or the next business day.

Will these products require additional modifications?

No, Our parts are direct fit replacements with no modifications required unless otherwise mentioned in our item's description.

Why are the prices so low?

The reason our prices are so low is because there is no middle man, we keep our overhead low and we sell a high volume of auto parts.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as PayPal Express checkout (you may use AMEX with "Checkout as guest" option on PayPal Express). You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Simply use "Checkout as guest" and enter your credit card and shipping info on next page. Both checkout methods are verified secure by respective payment processors and certs are displayed and readily available for real time buyer verification on the site, we will e-mail you when your order is shipped.

What if my shipping address I provided was wrong?

In the case you make a mistake with your shipping address, you will be charged for any shipping charges, such as having the package returned back to us and sending the package to your correct address.
